I always thought that "Scrooge" was a fictional character, but no, he's alive and well and part of the current administration of our City.

The decision to have traffic wardens on the streets on Christmas day and to charge for the car-parks too is an absolute disgrace.

Does this council have a PR department?  What were they thinking?

This looks "bad" on so many levels, you would think it almost a Christmas prank, but no.

And all for a few extra pounds squeezed from our pockets just at the time of year when we need it most (and let's not get started on how much these people will be paid for working on Christmas Day).

This decision needs to be reversed immediately.

Christmas Spirit from this Council .... bah humbug is the message they are sending out this year!
