Helen Natasha Moore is launching Mobile Reiki and offering free treatments to local charities. She is asking for interested organisations to get in touch.

In August, Helen donated Reiki sessions at the Sussex Lupus Group’s regional picnic in Stanmer Park. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Mel Rees, one of the organisers, said:
“We were really pleased that Helen offered us her Reiki service. There were lots of takers and people found the treatments relaxing and enjoyable. It was a lovely afternoon.”

Lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease, affects approximately 50,000 people in the UK, though it is little-known. It can damage any part of the body, including the skin. Michael Jackson was diagnosed with Lupus in 1986 and his lighter skin colour was partially attributed to this.

The Singer Seal’s characteristic facial scarring was caused by suffering from Lupus at an early age. For some, the disease is life-threatening. October is National Lupus Awareness month and Helen will be offering further treatments to Lupus sufferers to support the charity.

Helen is planning to offer Reiki sessions at a charitable event each month. To find out more email: helen@mobilereiki.co.uk.
