Small Wonder - The Short Story Festival

Now in its 6th year, Small Wonder is an ticket to a global journey with writers from Africa, the Caribbean, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Australia, Libya, Lebanon, America and not forgetting Scotland, Wales and England.

 

Writers involved in this year’s festival include: Pakistani writer Daniyal Mueenuddin, Amit Chaudhuri, Hisham Matar ad Ben Okri, as well as local talent Michel Faber, Baryl Bainbridge, A.L. Kennedy and Janie Galloway.

 

Attendees can also enjoy some hands on involvement with a two-day creative writing workshop, led by Owen Sheers and Jane Feaver.

 

Small Wonder, The Short Story Festival is at Charleston from September 24-27.
