Intimation, an exhibit of quirky photographer Carl Bavin-Flaste's bear photography opens to the public on September 7, at the Acquire Arts Gallery in London.

The media production student only discovered his passion for photography after photographing friends, models and other subjects.

His work includes a series of photographs, most of which include body paint, hairy bears and accentuating physiques.

Each photograph is conceptual with the Posh City Gent, 70s Bearded Porn Star, Bear in Honey and Viking and Maiden making an appearance in the exhibition.

Carl placed each model in various different set-ups and situations, which lends the work certain potency.

The exhibition’s host Alex Kappas said:
“Carl is a local man who's love of the bear community, and willing models have allowed his hobby to become a strong portfolio which I am helping him promote. He will also be exhibiting in Iceland later this year as well as back in London in the New Year.”

Intimation takes place at:
The Acquire Arts Gallery,
159 Battersea Park Road in South London.

The gallery will be open to the public from noon–7 pm on September 6 and noon–8 pm on September 7.
