The Acupuncture Clinic is to host its second Artists' Open House event on Saturday November 28. Apart from artworks there will be free entertainment for all the family, and an opportunity to be immersed in art displayed throughout the treatment rooms and studio.
There will be a number of gifts available to buy such as a ceramic
‘ancestor’ bird, a spirit guides to the
‘other world’, which will lead you into the garden and guide you home for only £15.
On the night, experience restoring and refreshing taster treatments with the clinic's skilled team of massage therapists.
All the artists are locally based and use a diverse range of media to suit all tastes and budgets. There will also be a seasonal feast of acoustic music, puppet shows for adults and children, storytelling for children, a choir and homemade cakes and mince pies.
A percentage of the takings will go to the Samaritans.
Brighton & Hove Samaritans said:
"We are thrilled to be The Acupuncture Clinic's charity of the year. The Open House will help us to run our locally funded Centre which provides emotional support, whilst encouraging local artists at the same time. It'll be a great event - good for mind, body and soul."
